In this video, we discuss some of the various food safety regulations as they relate to various audit schemes for farm food safety. We compare a basic food safety audit (GAP/GMP) to the upper level audits like HGAP Standard and HGAP+. Hopefully growers and buyers will better understand the process as this information is shared.
