Food Safety Hazards play an important role in any food industry.

What is a hazard?

Hazard is any kind of agent that have the potential to cause damage/illness or injury to anyone. There are a lot of hazard that are found in the food industry but these hazards are classified are categorised in 3 major categories and the first category is the Biological Hazards.

Physical hazards involve paper, stone and nails are bolts, jewellery or buttons or fabric or thread from your cloth.

All these things if the enter in the food can cause injury to the human body.

Chemical hazards are sub categorized or subdivided into three categories the first one is the naturally present the second one is directly added and the third one is indirectly added.

These chemicals can enter from the vehicle emissions from the agricultural practices, the Poor agricultural practices, from the landfills and from the industrial waste and some effluents or discharge from the industries.
