Generally, we think there are 3 types of hazards. However, we need to control 10 types of hazards and perform their hazard analysis and risk assessment according to all recognized standards. Food safety is a practice through which we get a safe food and safe food is a food free of hazards. So if we want to make our food safe and adopt food safety practice, we need to know about all types of hazards. I call them ABC of food safety.
