I am starting a new video series on “Post harvest processing of fruits and vegetables”. This topic would be beneficial for the students preparing ARS NET exam and also for the students pursuing their B.Sc. and M.Sc. courses. In this video lecture, we are talking about the Maturity Index. Also called as Harvesting Index.
