Soak fenugreek seeds for 6hrs before sowing
It contains Iron, Magnesium, Copper, Vitamin B6, Protein and many phytonutrients. It controls Diabetes, helps in weight loss, good for cardiac health, good for lactating mothers.

Mustard microgreens
It contains Vitamins A, B6,C,K,E,Foliate, Calcium, Sodium, Iron, Protein

Sesame microgreens
