In this video, I am going to share with you how to grow microgreens in a Tissue Paper.
I am using Mustard and Moong/Green Gram Microgreens but you can also use Cauliflower, carrot, Broccoli, sunflower, pea shoots, or any other microgreens of your choice.
– Mustard Microgreens are packed with protein, fiber, folate, calcium, and iron.
They are capable of fighting diabetes and lifestyle conditions.

– Moong Microgreens are rich in anti-oxidants. This may help reduce chronic heart disease.
Moong Microgreens are also rich in potassium, magnesium, and fiber which help in fighting high blood pressure.
