Hemp as Microgreens

Graduate students Cheston Schuyot and Kaylee Dynzer have been studying how to best grow hemp as microgreens. Schuyot is also working with Dr. David Picha on nutritional comparisons between hemp microgreens and other greens like mustards and lettuce.
