This is a colorful and fun tour of the primary greenhouse at Western Piedmont Community College in Morganton, NC, lead by Brandon Pitman, the Horticulture Technology Coordinator. The program is gearing up for a big sale of awesome student-grown plants, including vegetables, flowers, herbs, ferns, hanging baskets, and much more. The sale takes place during the fourth week of April. Along the way we learn about the program, how to participate and learn to be an advance grower – and we get to know a bit more about the program leader.
