There’s lots to do in the hydroponic greenhouse. The Dutch bucket system is full, the NFT channel system is turning over faster, and we are getting ready to start working in the high tunnel. We’re also up to doing over 900 heads a week for the CSA program. The pond is frozen enough to walk on, and I put in some really cool footage of when Doug drained it, cleaned and stocked some fish this past spring. The 1981 John Deere Trailfire is also running! I planted seeds into my Oasis cubes and it's sprouting!
We can't access the NFT here so we are going with down spouts. Drilling the holes today! So hopefully by the time the seedlings are big enough the NFT system will be tested and ready! So exciting!

Devon, your endive brings back memories of a company that produced it some decades ago north of Plattsburgh, NY. It was a dedicated building where the plants were kept in the dark. This produced a premium product. If you could curtain a black-out area with some black poly you might be onto a product with a higher return. Great video, thank you for sharing.
