The Aladdin Series 22 Greenhouse Paraffin heaters 1-inch wick & 2-inch wick size. In my view, this was one of the best ever greenhouse heaters ever produced so basic and simple to use yet so effective clean-burning blue flame with little smell. Here mine needs a little love to get it back up and running to keep any frost of the annual bedding plants seeds I have in the greenhouse this year. A step by step guide to fixing one of these simple heaters up which can still be found on ebay or at boot sales and alike here in the UK. It is a good option if you don’t have mains power to your greenhouse but want to grow some tender plants a bit earlier. I think the two-inch wick model would even keep the frost off quite sizable modern Polly tunnel. These series 22 Aladdin greenhouse heaters were made from the early 1970s to the early 1980s.
