Oh you should! I lived in Ottawa for a while but never went in the south of Ontario. And I'd love to see it! it's just a wonder how we can grow stuff that wouldn't grow otherwise thanks to our human ingenuity 😉
I never atuallt thought that such big greenhouses would need climat controls…but it makes sense I mean it's just like a botanical garden I guess.I'm always amazed on how little food New Brunswick produces compaired to Ontario, quebec or even Nova Scotia.
