In this video, I talk about our building plans. I recently had to scale down the scope of the project but this is exactly when that should occur. I asked myself this important question: do I persist or pivot?
I decided to pivot. Instead of trying to engineer my own plans, I decided to scale the scope down some and buy plans. In the end, I believe this will keep me on timeline and on budget.
