  1. Weather round things that you using to plant your plants in it kind of looks like weather round things that you using to plant your plants in it kind of looks like acorns

  2. Can you make a list of the things needed? I don't hear well, and I couldn't understand several of the items you named. The CC didn't help either because I'm never sure if they are accurate…

  3. How many ideas do you irrigate for? How many times a day? Slight difference , im using a air pump to bring up the water, should be using less power
    that way.

  4. I have been using this video all week for the research portion of how me and all 125 of my 5th graders are going to build a hydroponic window garden for our STEAM class! They are very entertained and I appreciate how helpful and detailed you are as this will be our first time building one! Thanks for keeping it clean so I can show it in school! You are awesome!

  5. What is the cofiguration of the pump. How frequently and how much water do you supply to the plant? I indie top is same as yours about 7 feet high. My media is coco fibre.

  6. I'm looking for a budget-solution. I am quite handy, but need something i can replace the pump with.
I've thought about hand-watering several times throughout the day, and started mixing the soil with diaper-filling, but perhaps you can save me some time, with a good life-hack?

  7. Hi guys,

I had in mind to do again the windowfarm community, still open source with sharing the knowledge to everybody, evolution and so. I am looking for motivated people who wants to join us in this adventure. Living in an urban zone, i wanted to grow my own vegetable but i didnt have garden. I looked for other solution and this is how i have found about this project. It is been 1 year now i am studying this and i improve plans and technics. We want to make it evolve with aquapony, electricity autonomous, integrate a probe, put an arduino, etc. We want to make it accessible people as much as possible and to use it also for education purpose.

If you like the projet, don't hesitate to contact me. We are building a team and we need all skills possible : Electrician, graphist designers, aquaponist, developpers, gardeners, etc.

Knowledge is essential, give something and share it 🙂

  8. Thanks so much for the video. I will absolutely try this out and send you the results. I'm wondering if you can tell me what medium you put your plants in, I can see the clay pellets but what about soil? I also see some comments about the roots being exposed to light. Have you had any issues with this? How is your garden doing today?

  9. hey my window is 50 inches top to bottom and 30 inches to the floor total 80 inches so what size of pump should i use? thanks I will wait for your reply
