As a breeder, I needed to isolate my tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants from my other vegetables so I could concentrate, observe, and control the work I’m trying to accomplish. To that end, I present my latest no-weed garden and how I established it on top of an established lawn.

Looking good my friend. I hope you get some good weather down there for the growing.
We have gone from 4 days around 100 down to mid 50's at night up here and days in the 70's with winds. You just have to wait 5 minutes 🤣

You always take on these huge projects! So impressive. I've been working hard in the garden too. Nothing nearly as impressive as your No Weed Garden, but it's plenty enough to keep me busy. And yes- strange weather everywhere this year. You have produced a lot of your own variety of tomatoes! They all sound so wonderful. I never stop learning in gardening. I guess that is part of the fun. XOXO

If you were up here in Ontario where would you buy bulk seeds for microgreens? Or is it easy to ship across border and similar costs?
What are you growing in the Kayak? Lol I took a old fishing boat that was destined for the dump and planted a HugelKultur garden in in.
