So, I’m doing the microgreen thing and I’d really like to incorporate them into “normal” cooking. So, I’m going for it. This is the first dish and it is really good. The sunflower stems are not wimpy. One might cut them in half to make forking and chewing easier. The tastes are unique and quite good.

Can i use mammoth gray stripe sunflower for microgreen
Looks good to me . I'd try it. I love salad. I love a good salad buffet too. Mmmm Sesame oil. And Lemon. I love lemon and veggies! Are the sprouts sweet? Micro Greens in a salad just has to be good for you. We could all be eating so much healthier if we all just gardened.

I have never seen the tips and storks of sunflowers removed like that. Making me hungry..I put microgreens on top of my pizza once it's cooked,,,love it.

When I had your dressing at a restaraunt I was in doubt that I would like it but it is sooo good so thanks for sharing your recipe 🙂 I would have never given a thought to sunflower sprouts so thanks for that too!👍

Amazing ! The dressing in the end ruins a little the look ;( I prefer to mix everything with the dressing, so that it kinds of "coats" a little everything, and that would probably look better in the end (and the dressing is more evenly spread out in term of taste). Only personal preference. And I'm sure it also tasted great like this ! Take care. (that little "cut in squares" box is fun, I never saw these)
