Brent, is the bread sweet? Should I add any sweetener?

Very interesting Brent,,I used to dry my access microgreens into a spice. Be awesome if we could taste some too. Looks a bit like an Aussie damper bread,,,making me hungry now hahaha.

Nice crunchy sound. Will have to try it. But, our pan makes 6 small breads. One bread is big enough for he both of us or one teenager. We can freeze 3 or 4 of them and still have some fresh ones.
