This is a grow you don’t see much of for some reason–Mammoth Grey Stripe Sunflower Microgreens. I did a side-by-side comparison of this one with Black Oil Sunflower Microgreens and they are similar as you might expect. I have a "experimental" question: Could you figure something out to use the roots, for example as a medium. Dry it and put under hi-pressure, Like make a sheet,pulp or something out of it. (Made me curious)
