I like the planters, Im not a fan of the ladder holding the planters, it seems easy for the rodents to climb.
Can you do this in full sun? or do you recommend a shade house? I live in Hawaii.
Hi, I got tired of losing crops to pests, so I made an indoor space to grow what doesn't do well outside… Gotta have lots of good full spectrum light – that's the key.
What is the opening tune?
Could you use a sponge? I used a sponge to create a wicking set up for my tomato plants.

For some reason my kale isn't maturing with this system. I put in growbig nutrients(it was local). My microgreens are real leggy tho. I started them in soil and water/paper towel with the dollar tree container idea. So they are at least growing
That's what's great about gardening, we always keep learning!

That dab blasted tree rat!! Might let him know he would be mighty tasty in a stew or fried up. LOL. Oops on the matting. I was worried it would turn to mush like that. Glad you done this test to let us all see what happen buddy. I see you sent that storm up here to us. Not complaining at all as we needed the rain very bad. I have been using a cotton ball to fill the gap. They also wick nicely when stretched out for seed starting.
