How to make a Grow Tent in 1 Minute #Shorts
This is on a 36″ x 18″ x 72″ wire rack. I use a roll of insulation that is basically bubble wrap with two layers of foil. It can be found in most home improvement stores. I put it on with zip ties. I do not secure the top and bottom or the bottom edge of the front. That allows me to lift the front to work on it. remove the bottom for cleaning and vent off heat by moving the top panel a little. Works great for microgreens.

Keep on Growin’ with Mike VanDuzee

How you finding the quick updates under 1 minute Mike. I see this one isn't vertical format? Also, what's your viewers think of them, as it's quite a different experience for them? Thanks matey. Say hi to Keely for me. 😀

Which grow lights are you using?
Do you always use your grow tent? Usually I just see them on the porch, of course, it has been cold here in FL these last few days.
I love your videos.
I'm not sure why but I can never remember your name and my brain just insists on calling you my internet dad😁
Way to make do with common materials.
Yum♥️
I bought your ebook yesterday, very informative..cheers
Thank you Mike, I appreciate you showing me how you built that. I am seriously thinking of building a couple of these for myself and for my dad and getting him some microgreens started. He LOVES his garden, I seriously think he would just give up if he didn't have his garden to tend to, harvest and preserve. He has to have his hands in soil. Ronnie and I are going to see what we can find locally – but I know a guy at a family owned garden shop that might be able to help hook us up! And we have a Lowes and Home Depot nearby. I think Dad would love this!!!
Thanks for this video! Awesome info. I've got a question that is a little off topic…Do you or do you have info on "flushing" your grow by running clear water for a couple of days before harvest? It seems like long ago, I read somewhere that you should run clean water in your system to flush the extra nutrient through your "vegetables" to get a cleaner, sweeter taste. Also, lettuce will be tastier, sweeter, and will develop better flavor if it is refridgerated for a few hours before eating.
nice!
Great update 👍🏼
I remember when ya built that rack tent. Greens looking good buddy. Stay safe and have a great week!
Awesome Mike!
Great Grow Tent! Is the insulation on Amazon?
