Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent

If you're interested in growing microgreens like I do, I wrote a book on it. It's at this link at in my store: https://amzn.to/2ZZdkJb.
Thanks for the great video, would you please post the inner size of your tray/container? Just want to do some math of my own about how much space I should plan to build my own growing zone.
When you put water in lower container and till what period you spray water from top?
Great video! Curious to know, do you stack this crop, or just use a dome?
Thank you!
Are you worried about leeching any chemicals from the screen at all? Have you looked at any alternative materials for the mesh?
Hi Brent, I really love ur red acre cabbage, so luscious. At 1.55 minute of the video, u said it was the height u wanted and to expose to light. Which day was it after u started the germination? Also at around 3 minutes of the video, there was a white board on the mesh tray as u harvested. Why?
Best
I just finished another batch of red acre cabbage. My personal favorite.
Nice!
Do you seal the screen edges with anything to keep them from unraveling?
Hi Brent, have you done parsley yet? Flat leaf Italian or a curly variety such as Darki? Or dill? These are great ones as well and might be a great addition to your book. Thanks
Wow. No doubt it would taste like a cabbage should. So if I season it with coleslaw seasonings and ingredients, I wonder if I mimic regular coleslaw with microgreen cabbage coleslaw:-) Hmmm….
Awesome grow once again, Brent! Thanks a bunch! Tastes like cabbage! LOL
ever thought of brewing your own beer mate
Hi Mr. Brent. Just ordered from your amazon shop. I like the "what I do" videos. So leme see if I got this right on how you do.
Step 1) Weigh seed.
Step 2) Soak seed in tap water. Wait 6-8 hours. Drain.
Step 3) Sprinkle seed on a mesh covered 1020 tray.
Step 4) Spray seed with anti-fungal.
Step 5) Spray seed with Nutrients.
Step 6) Cover seed in darkness. Wait 24 hours.
Step 7) Uncover, spray seed with anti-fungal + nutrients. Cover seed in darkness. Wait 24 hours.
Step 8) Repeat step 7 until desired germination height.
Step 9) Uncover and introduce to light. Spray with anti-fungal + nutrients. Wait 24 hours.
Step 10) Repeat step 9 until desired harvest height.
Step 11) Harvest and weigh.
Optional Step 12) Bag and freeze roots for anyone who might want worm food, or feed to your own.
Step 13) Clean & sanitize trays.
Step 14) Repeat steps 1-13 for each seed variety.
The steps 4 and 5. Are those in the right order? Do you spray anti fungal & nutrient solution every day?
I ordered some of the white mesh and will give it a try next month if I am feeling up for it.
thanks
Hey Mate !
Ever seen an Aussie bow in front of you ? ! …well I just did 😉.. respect !
Good job boss !!
Micros look awesome. DM me on Twitter, I have something really important to tell you.
You have three types of screening listed in your Amazon store. Can you give me the exact name of the one you are using for growing microgreens, please?
Those are really nice looking Brent. Do you think they would be good as a soup? Looks like the production is right in line with other greens.
I'd like to grow it out to 1 or 2 more sets of leaves. How much different, if any, would it taste at that stage?
I nice that your able to get food for you and the worms .
