Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent

If you're interested in growing microgreens like I do, I wrote a book on it. It's at this link at in my store: https://amzn.to/2ZZdkJb.
Awesome, I'm trying to grow microgreens now!
the red probably happens as they mature…. I have about a cup full each of mustard greens and chinese cabbage seeds from last summer this is definitely something I will try, I like to make smoothies so could chuck the whole thing in roots and all 🙂
Hallo
50 grm became 699 grm. This after washing or not ?
The 50 grm seed for only 1 plate ?
Tank you.
Bayu from Bali.
hello brent. thanks for sharing your videos. i really love this setup, but getting the trays you use are quite pricey here in canada. i have a mesh tray but its holes are bigger, so i end up having to use paper towel. my question for you is (if you dont mind answering it) is that im growing with a peat moss/pearlite mix, and i do the stack method. what i noticed is that (even with the sunnies with weight) that i get sprouts that are bent and dont grow straight, and some even end up not growing properly at all. ive had to be scare with my seed spreading because i dont want to clump. do you think it might be better to not stack microgreens, and just do a blackout dome/humidity dome with a towel? again thanks and i cant wait too see more (and that book you are writing). waiving from toronto, canada!
Would be awesome if you mentioned the days of growth as well in your vids. Keep up the informative work. Many thanks
Glad you appreciate that joke there Brent. I grew red giant mustard greens the last two years in the kitchen Garden now that the seed is used up I don't think I'll be growing it again either.
Those look amazing! I’m hooked on your microgreen and hydroponic videos lately!
Excellent yield! I am trying your hydroponic method and will be growing lots of broccoli soon. Paul
steamed micro greens are surprisingly flavorful.
That's a good harvest you dun there on the microgeens I bet they taste nice to eat 👍👍
Another cracking grow mate 👍… 🌱
The mustard gets a rusty reddish tone in The cotys – but the only way I can achieve this is outside in the shadehouse with natural light.. I was disappointed like you for ages until I discovered this…
All the best from down under.. 😊
Hello. What medium did you use? Looked like netting.
Hi, Brent. What about hydroponic Mung growing without light (7 days from seed, without soaking). Will you check, is it possible to grow. The only one moment, there will be some slime on day 2-4, so if you will try to grow it, keep it in mind. We start an experement with this culture and hydro tech, will support with our results in 10 days). Ukraine, Odessa (UBP LLC).
nice harvest
Red Rambo Radish are a nice spicy green, I prefer to dip my radishes in a bowl of sugar, doesn't work well with Micro's, ha ha
