  1. the red probably happens as they mature…. I have about a cup full each of mustard greens and chinese cabbage seeds from last summer this is definitely something I will try, I like to make smoothies so could chuck the whole thing in roots and all 🙂

  2. hello brent. thanks for sharing your videos. i really love this setup, but getting the trays you use are quite pricey here in canada. i have a mesh tray but its holes are bigger, so i end up having to use paper towel. my question for you is (if you dont mind answering it) is that im growing with a peat moss/pearlite mix, and i do the stack method. what i noticed is that (even with the sunnies with weight) that i get sprouts that are bent and dont grow straight, and some even end up not growing properly at all. ive had to be scare with my seed spreading because i dont want to clump. do you think it might be better to not stack microgreens, and just do a blackout dome/humidity dome with a towel? again thanks and i cant wait too see more (and that book you are writing). waiving from toronto, canada!

  3. Another cracking grow mate 👍… 🌱
The mustard gets a rusty reddish tone in The cotys – but the only way I can achieve this is outside in the shadehouse with natural light.. I was disappointed like you for ages until I discovered this…
All the best from down under.. 😊

  4. Hi, Brent. What about hydroponic Mung growing without light (7 days from seed, without soaking). Will you check, is it possible to grow. The only one moment, there will be some slime on day 2-4, so if you will try to grow it, keep it in mind. We start an experement with this culture and hydro tech, will support with our results in 10 days). Ukraine, Odessa (UBP LLC).
