#Microgreens #MicrogreensIntenseHydroponicGrows #IHG I’ve talked about various ways to use microgreens and this one is a great way to put pounds of micros to great use by dehydrating to make flakes. These flakes can be used as seasoning or additions to any dish. Additionally, you can make a great blended salt. Ingredients include a ratio of:
~ 1 Cup Dehydrated Microgreens (Broccoli, Cabbage, Radish,
Sunflowers, Peas, Mung Bean, and Fenugreek)
~ 1 Cup Pink Himalayan Salt
~ 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
~ 1 Tablespoon Chili Flakes (California Bryan Pepper)
~ 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent

Hi Sir, that's amazing and details, thans for sharing 🙏
Fantastic! Thank you so much for making time to share with others. VERY kind of you 🙂
at what temp and time do you dehydrate? Thanks
That looks amazingly amazing… I am definitely going to try this… this will taste awesome in butter milk.. ( Yes, I am from India) How long it will last?
Had a question. What all kinds of microgreens did u mix in this mixture I lost track and the names of them..please? You've done ur research for a reason
Do you know what happens with the nutrients after being dehydrated?
I tell ya, You Sir are SO AWESOME! Love how You Added at the end, "Losers click here!" 👍😉😂😅😅
A tablespoon is 3 teaspoons, so 1/2 a tablespoon is 1 1/2 teaspoons, Brent.
Great thing about a lot of these technologies is in preparing our own blends how fordable the technology has become in recent years.
Seems like a good use of the roots as well.
Great ,thanks I had been drying micro greens that come back from market and using those in cooking but adding the garlic and salt gives it a zing.Such a super way not to waste any produce😊
You probably just made one of the worlds most nutrient green smoothy mixes.

Brent Can you do a trial using organic vs Chemical nutrient solution and add Himalayan salt to both for the trace minerals and see how the results are in comparison to previous yields?
That would be a great share for the YouTube viewers.
Thank You for all you do.
Hi, Brent. Hope we will see LYOPHILIZATION process, yes?! p.s. Alex. NICE STUFF!!)
That looks good Brent. Will give this a go later on.
Cheers
Harold
Outstanding idea and video. Thank again Brent. I would like to see more.
Great idea mate !! … those microgreens dehydrated are probably up there with chlorella supplements etc for immune support.
Love it chef !! 😎👍🌱🌱🌱
You should look into better herbs/spices brah.
As someone with a complete love affair with "herbs", and spices…I only eat organic herbs and spices.
The taste difference is like night and day. Heck I'm surprised you don't buy or grow your own and grind them up.
McCormick are usually a year out of date by the time you buy them and are irradiated since they are mass produced.
McCormick is the spice for pod people.
I wonder if the oil content in sprouts mean they spoil relatively quickly unless freeze dried.
Beautiful Brent, well done mate.
Finally, I’ve been looking for a microgreens dehydration video
lol i see cookbook in thee future
just an idea; add little lemon zest for chicken
