My microgreens growing small leaves.. what could be reasons?

I'm growing Cucumbers Hydroponically inside a Tent and the Male Flowers, when brushed, wiped, shoved and jammed into the Female flowers, is not working to pollinate the Female flower. I literally peel the Peddles off the male plant and jam the center into the Female, yet noting is getting pollinated. Ever hear of such a crazy thing? So far, 4 out of 4 have not been pollinated. Using a Q-Tip as a type of paint brush to pollinate is also not working. So tonight, i peeled apart a Male flower and gutting the Insides and letting it dry on a sheet of paper, im hoping if it dries up a bit, i can try wiping that on the Female Flower and see if that work Any ideas?

I don't know much about vermacomposting. Will the worms eat the sunflower seeds too or do you have to throw those in the garbage?

Very nice Brent – looking forward to trying the sunnies grow for my smoothies real soon. I suggest trying pollen infused honey to give you a burst of energy in your smoothies (as long as you aren’t allergic to bees, of course). I think it adds a lot to the enjoyment and health benefits (especially when it’s from a local supplier).
