In this video, I show how to grow melon microgreens. I grow them directly in the mesh tray. It was a pretty cool grow! If you’re the “bitter” type, this is a microgreen for you. I didn’t care for it due to the bitterness, but I know there’s a place in this world for bitter tastes. Please let me know what you think.

What antifungal do you spray on your seeds? I saw to in another video but comments were turned off.. Just wanted to ask so I can apply to my new microgreen project also. Will buy your book I think :))
Hi!!! Could you tell me the temperature you have??? Cause I tried with my seeds (from melon bought in supermarket) and only 2% of germination at 15-19ºC…Very poor. THANKS!!!
What kind of melon was it? & if you use hashtags the should also help bump up the videos #microgreens

I think if you harvest a little sooner, and give them less time in light, they wouldnt be as bitter.

Brent, growing as Micro-greens to the harvest stage could be a great way to start your garden seeds! Watching you try and eat these greens made my day! LOL . . . . I needed a good laugh . . . . LOL! Keep on growin', just be careful what ya eat.
