This variety of microgreens is Purple Vienna Kohlrabi. It’s a gorgeous and easy microgreen to grow. It grows fast in hydroponics and . It’s in the same family as it’s better known cousins broccoli and kale, but a bit more delicate. If you know of a microgreen you’d like to see grown, let me know.

Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent

Have you tried to grow detroit dark red beet microgreens hydroponically with your setup? I'd like to do a hydro grow but everyone recommends soil…
If you're interested in growing microgreens like I do, I wrote a book on it. It's at this link at in my store: https://amzn.to/2ZZdkJb.
You’re like a microgreen growing machine!
did you ever have a problem with fungus or are you spraying as a precaution? I'm wondering how you came up with the spraying routine you use.
Wow! Really nice harvest! I lived in Germany and they ate a lot of Kohlrabi, but only the root. They would throw away the greens! I'm going to grow some now!
It's kind of cool to see all of those seeds come to life and form a thick mat of microgreens. Pretty healthy stuff.
Nice return!
It what ways did u eat this mountain mate ? 😋
Kohlrabi is not far behind Broccoli on the super nutrient scale !
All the best brother .. another great grow.
Nice. Music in the background. I have 4 different microgreens growing at the moment. Celery, basil, cilantro , cabbage. I like the look of the kohlrabi. Seems like a mild alternative to radish.
Hey Brent, you are right they are pretty and gorgeous, seems like you got this microgreen thing down pat, thumbs up
That looks nice to eat what you were growing there 👍
