Have you tried using electric knife?
Amazing what you are doing to the microgreen world. What size foam board do I need for a cover to put the weight on? Why don't you just use the 10 x20 tray inside a 10 x 20 tray idea? Is it because you keep humidity domes on?
I believe it is safe to say, you have really mastered growing microgreens.
The Red Kale tastes green? Maybe it wasn't REDy? 😉
I think it is important to continue the different experiments to see what works well and what does not keep up the good work.

wouldn't that be considered a baby green I think all studies on microgreens we're done at the cotyledon leaf stage? Solid grow!
Love your videos! I tried to grow the salad mix seed that I got from Jonny seeds, they grow pretty well but after a week the root started to turn brown and smelly. I don't know what I did wrong I was so sure that the water just even touch the bottom of the upper tray. Hope you can give me some advice. And another Q is, do you put another try on top of the seed or just the dome cos the way your seed germinate just look in same hight mostly and green up so beautifully. Thanks!

Brent, will my Basil sprouting seeds grow into full sized plants if I allow them to grow?
There looked like there was some blue and white plastic under the "carpet" as you were harvesting. I didn't see it there when you seeded so I'm curious what that was?
i have mungbean sprots growing, gonna try a CHIA seed grow next

Brent, on other grows you cut the roots off the bottom and pulled the product straight up to harvest. Do you harvest differently for certain crops? If you do, can you explain why? I'm just getting my grow room set up and need direction, thank you.
Do you eat all those greens ? I been making a few videos myself .
