This is my first strawberry harvest. Boy were these good. Gina made me my favorite strawberry dessert with them. The berries are smaller than I expected and that might be because of how immature the plants are or even how they’re growing in the towers. Not sure, but production continues so I’ll keep picking them. You also may have noticed that I changed the name from 1-Minute Veggies to 1-Minute Harvests. Well, it’s because these are fruit and since harvest covers it all, why not? _______________________________________
