The only plants growing on my deck this year are my container peas. I’d done another video on them showing how I planted them in “ugly pots” and then transplanted them into 18-gallon totes. Now, just a short time later, these things have taken off and are absolutely loving the self-watering container platform using gutters as the reservoir and my rain barrels as the source of water. This “automatic” type of gardening is often referred to as gutter gardening and this is my take on it. I’m also growing carrots and rooting grape cuttings in the same platform. This baby is versatile. _______________________________________
