Can we put the microgreens directly into the downspout as long as they can reach the stream of water?

Enjoyed seeing the 3 stages of growth. Makes me wonder if you could create inserts in your downspout, with one for microgreens and the other for baby greens that could be used in the grow out section of the downspout. It would be an all-in-one solution. Excellent video!
