Flushing the Hydroponic System FAWN

In this video, I attempt to remove some salts that can build up in the FAWN systems. The 5 blue barrels above the shelf store up to 250 gallons of pre-mixed hydroponic nutrient. That nutrient gravity fills a 25-gallon “nutrient” tank and the level is kept near the top by a float valve. A pump circulates throughout all the FAWN platforms and returns via gravity back to the tank. It feeds all the plants plugged in. I re-use the old nutrient for other plants outside. Basically, I can pump it anywhere a hose will reach. I don’t cover the mixing in this episode. I’ve done it before, but simply 36 tbs Masterblend, 36 tbs Calcium Nitrate, and 18 tbs of Epsom Salt. _______________________________________
