Cut & Come Again Lettuce Indoors

An option in my lettuce kits is the cut & come again grow top. This allows one to convert from a “grow till harvest” to a “pick as you go”. The phrase refers to taking outermost larger leaves and pinching or cutting them off. If you have enough plants, you have a salad! The advantage of cut and come harvesting is continuous salad over a longer period without having to wait as long for a fully formed lettuce “head.” In my deluxe lettuce assembly you have both tops for either option.
