In my style of hydroponic gardening, called FAWN, I use container cages for a number of things and they’ve proven invaluable. I use these for peas, tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumber, and more.

Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent

Oh my goodness, last year I had a summer squash accidentally grow up into my tomato cage…it grew so good and bugs were less likely to eat it…So this year I'm trying all my squash in cages. LOL
love you cages!!
What a neat idea Brent. You have me convinced I need to try this.
Ed
It's amazing to watch you keep expanding and improving your growing methods. When I started out 4ish years ago I wanted to do everything and found I was doing nothing well so now I'm backing down a bit. I think the FAWN method is going to be my primary focus for a while. Worked well for me last year so I've expanded it this year. This means I can stop composting, growing worms, and tilling gardens and benefit by using a more controlled system. Even my aquaponics is a lot of guesswork when it comes to plant nutrients but it gives me something to do in the greenhouse.
Looks like they fit like a glove and work like a charm. And they look a little more solid than you would think.
Thought I'd let you know I just saw this pop up on an Facebook Aquaponics group Brent 👍
Hope all's well with you mate.,
Cheers.
Seems like a great idea to me. Thanks for the info. Best wishes Bob.
Great Cages, they work very well for you. Cheers. 🙂
I was just wondering what to do with my container tomatoes. I'll need to cage them before long and I'm not a fan of tomato cages. Nice looking peas. Can't believe you counted them. lol Patience is a virtual. Lisa
you actually counted all of those seeds. Lol. I may use something like those cages on my squash next year.
