Pretty simple mod lets me use the hot water from the hot water tank and RV pump, coming from the outside shower, to rinse the black tank out after dumping. It’s purpose is to help keep the black tank cleaner. _______________________________________

Hydroponic Gardening & More with Brent
I was just thinking of a way to flush the black tank with some freshwater, as my dump station lacks a garden hose connection, and thought of extending my outside shower hose as well. Thanks for the info, good idea using the quick disconnect. Are we concerned with any backflow into our fresh tank by utilizing the outside shower?
