  1. Hey Mike, new subscriber here, Ken. WE have been gardening for decades and stumbled upon you by way of YouTube. I am definitely going to build 4 -30 in tubes here in Ormond Beach just for giggles and expanding our knowledge. I notice you are in Jville area, good luck with the freeze . I'm sure my bananas are toast! As well as tomatoes. Dang! Ken

  2. Mike great words and a great idea. I realize those cartons may not last long but if they can help feed a family right now with everything that's going on that can't afford to buy down spout or other containers, brother it's a blessing. We've got to keep on growing and keep on loving each other and sharing knowledge so we can all make it. Thank you so much for every one of your videos.

  3. guys, can someone point me in the right direction on how to start seeds for hydroponics..Ive got the whole setup and all but fail during the seedling stage coz the tray where I put my germinated seedlings get covered with algae.Pls help,it would really mean ALOT
    ps:nice shades Mike

  7. Hey Mike great update! I remember that milk carton video, they have done very well for ya 👍 I keep all kinds of containers to grow in. I love using the gallon Ice cream containers and make a hole in the lid for the net cup. So many cool and cheap ideas, love it and thanks for sharing!
    Y'all stay safe down there.
Merry Christmas to you my friend 🎄🎅❄️☃️

  8. Hey mike glad to see the update, I remember watching the video a few weeks ago. I started saving different containers to see how they go.
Just finished cutting the pool noodles and planting spinigs seeds. Once they spout ill transfer to the downspout garden. Hoping all 30 seeds take.
Also thanks for the discount on nutrient solution came in two days ago. Im going to use them on my dwc peppers and tomatoes instead of my old mixture. Even without the promo code you saved me 20$, thanks man

  9. Your channel is SO encouraging Mike. What an awesome idea. I could do this in front of my windows in my kitchen! It is too vold outside right now but I will absolutely be doing this come spring. Thank you again for all the excellent tios and tricks. Hope you and K are well….Merry Christmas!!
