Have you got the fruits on Apple grafted on pear ???
I wish to know bcz I did same and got good growth of Apple on pear.
Thanks for the update Video. I believe you are right that union graft is much cleaner/stronger than the cliff graft for the long run. I would also try a drill drafting method.

Those grafts are looking good. My father in-law was famous for his grafting of many varieties of apples and pears on a single tree. So it is a great technique to get all your varieties from one root stock.
