So you may have heard that archer fish are a brackish water fish!(low salinity water) yet, out of the 10 recognized species of archer, only 2-3 are actually brackish. The rest are fresh. This isn’t a hugely popular fish in the hobby, but most know about it. In an upcoming video, I’ll dive deeper into them!

The plant is Eichornia or water hyacinths, they come from the amazon. usually grows like weeds and can be invasive with he right climate
Those plants are called water hyacinths here in Calgary area.
Hey so from what I’ve seen with archer fish, they have to practice with their shooting. You should try putting crickets on a stick above the tank and give them some target practice. Lol

Water Hyacinth. Nice and hardy in tropical climates. Here in the Philippines these are like water weeds.
I've never kept Archer fish but I read online they were brackish fish that can "tolerate fresh and marine environments but isn't recommended"… This true? If so, how do you make fresh water more tolerable?

Water hyacinth is really cool. I have some in my pond and they bloom a really cool purple flower!
Those are water hyacinth, they need a good amount of sun and will flower. Multiply very easily, and they are one of the best filtrating floating plants.
I dont really like kois and goldfishes , ive had too much experience in them and find them kinda old , but Ive got a lot of beautiful ones wiht me
3:10 well , bruh these are native plants in Indian rivers , they just float above the water uselessly , I can give you unlimited amounts of them for free, and these ones are fairly small , You can get really big ones from me.
