It must to be a pain in the butt to take care of all those fish. I guess you might have auto feeders and stuff but of course there's still there are more things than just feed them.

It's my (hobbyist) understanding that it isn't the drop in oxygen that drops pH, but instead an increase in CO2 concentrations.
I get where that might seem like nitpicking because organisms using oxygen and giving off C02 would cause both to happen at the same time, but there may be specific situations where that distinction is important.

Build a frame for the greenhouse panels and the mount a hand operated winch to the ceiling so you can lift them all up and once and have them out of the way.
