Hey Joey….i noticed the background is made up of stone and wood but only roots come out into the forgroung of the tank. I was thinking if you got some grey granite and tan sand stone of various sizes you'd be able to not only carry the stone out into the foreground also but you'd be giving yourself more options at the same time…like covering up unsightly large pots:) Just a thought…beauitiful scaping tho! Loving it so far!!!
Sold on the ray and arowana 😂😂😂
I know it's an old video but how about gluing most to the big obvious pots?
Hey Joey, how did you call the floating plant at 2.20 minutes?
I would take the larger pot out and put the plants in the smaller pots which you can hide better. The larger pots stands out too much.
Water lettuce leaf is another floating plant with similar roots like what you have…very common here in SW Florida. I use them in my refugium.
Dude that is a swimming pool
where do you get you backdrops there so sweet!
Why don't you just put in a plexi-glass partition while you're in the tank?
Love the rays, they're so cute and curious little things
Your rays are so beautiful. 🙂
Plz buy some turtles
The Sun is 93 million miles away, Joey.
Arent those branches and roots going to take away room for the sting rays to swim around at the bottom , especially when they get to be 4ft in size
Show shark eggs
Better move to Bahamas than constricting life in the name of DIY
I also grow ivy's in my tanks and my fish love to swim in the roots
I put my plants in the tiny tiny pots for my tanks. I like the look
so let me get tihis right. you take your life in your own hands just to put flowers in your fish tank. lol. do you not remember what happen to steve urwin ?
Two words: water lilies
I hope you see this Joey to hide that big one why don't you put that log that you had there in front of it and it would hide it a lot better
Did u not trim the barbs of the stingrays?
Is it just me or does anyone else not like the pot plants only the floating ones
hi!!!!! can i use madre de cacao as driftwood?😄
My ray destroys val as if it was his life goal, I can't keep any plants with him. I've tried pots, and tieng them to rocks he always bites them until he has broken them beyond repair
Where's Frank!?
I just watched a guy putting plants in water for 20 minutes
my brain plays through worst case scenarios all the time.
Este guei plantando lirios que pedo
Definitely add more floating plants! That's so cute.
Can you put a small pile of rocks around the big pot that's what your missing in the tank
this may have been mentioned already but, are the potted plants going to get enough light once the surface plants cover the water surface?
Joey thx for shareing your knowledge would love to send you some video sometime of my progress as a fellow hobbyiest. Please let me no how i can reach you im not big with social media
Why don't you push the pot down into your substrate?
you could have an emergency aquarium on standby with nothing in for incase anything happens so you can whip the fish out and put them in there. you could probably do that as you have the space
