If your wondering why I stream live on Facebook and NOT youtube, the reason is simple. Facebook is easier, faster and far more simple to do. From what is literally the click of a button, I can go LIVE from anywhere at any time. Very spontaneous and far more interactive. Youtube is the complete opposite.

  1. Idea for your Acrylic, send it to Montreal, ill give you my address;) Seriously, I bought your book….The new Bible. I must bow down before your work. Your the best, Lâche Pas!!!

  2. You make this stuff look so easy. Took me like 2 days to make the pvc sponge filter on ceramic tile. I made the base too long and it kept leaning off the tile while the silicon was drying. But I did it! I will post a video. I was wondering. Is it worth it to buy a used tank or is it more cost effective to build my own?

  3. hey dude i was wondering that you should build a big freshwater planted aquarium with that long boards of acrylic, its only my suggestion if im allowd to say, i know that you are more into big fishes and saltwater aquariums but a planted aquarium is very cool too… by the way i just adore youre channel… congrats from Portugal.

  5. Joey, I have been watching a ton of your videos, and I have to say you have inspired my to get into fish keeping! What better way to get into than dive right in, and do everything yourself? I've bought your book, and I'm going to use it, along with your videos, as a guide to build my aquarium, lights, and filter to start this hobby off right. Thank you so much for your inspiration and everything you do!

  6. hey does anybody know if joey has done a video on measuring the pH level in tap water. I read online on how to do it, but still a little unsure or is there a website that explains it very clear

  7. dear god possibly funniest video from you yet,…. and if i had any recommendations it would be possibly sea horses for the drop off salt water tank…. yes they can be tricky (their need for live for live foods)…. but in my experience (i keep a close relative…freshwater pipefish) once the tank is established its not hard to keep a constant living population of food in the tank.

  8. Could you show more projects for Nano Aquariums? I love fish but I'm currently a college student and can't have anything over 5 gallons. I would love to be able to build my own aquarium since many of the aquariums this size don't have the correct accommodations needed to do a planted tank with the low lighting or the dimensions aren't ideal.

  9. You sould try peacock bass for the 370 they are cool they get is big is a Oscar they have a cool color and eat anything you give them look them up there cool and easy to care for

  10. Hi Joey… For the long shallow tank, I would like to see a "river tank". By this I mean all of the flow going in one direction. I'm planning something like that myself and I'd be interested in seeing how you would do it. Thanks (BTW Love your channel, I use a lot of your ideas and suggestions in my own tanks)
