My largest aquariums may be the focus in this video, but we cover and update on a few things. Including the plants in the 2,000G fish tank, the asian arowana with drop eye and my follow up thoughts on it. The stingrays, the clown loaches, vieja, killifish eggs, and of course FRANK THE FLOWERHORN!

The king of DIY

My largest aquariums may be the focus in this video, but we cover and update on a few things. Including the plants in the 2,000G fish tank, the asian arowana with drop eye and my follow up thoughts on it. The stingrays, the clown loaches, vieja, killifish eggs, and of course FRANK THE FLOWERHORN!
That floating food toss was so suave, the arowanas were on point!
drop eye can be cured without surgery if treated early when drop eye is starting to develop. i cured 4 wild silver arowana that had roughly 30 degree drop eye by covering all the sides of the tank for over 3+ months forcing them to look up for any kind of interaction.
you should put it in the pond and see if it improves over time before you decide to to surgery.
I think the dropeye is a genetic issue. Most every aquarium is going to have better quality water than in the wild, in my opinion, unless it's not cleaned enough.
Any living thing feels pain
Ha, yes! The amount of times I initially thought my clown loaches had died when I first got them, before putting my net in only to see them swim away was too many to count.
could drop eye be a genetic disorder due to inbreeding to produce brighter colors?
Gave them crickets, grasshoppers, or roaches. They are arowanas natural prey
Looks like the plants are dying 😯 Thanks for the video
Put in a tria
OMG, I want to see the Clown Loaches sleeping!!! 🙂 (thanks for all your great videos too of course!)
So much time it takes to move that 375G tank ? wow never thought of that.
Fish do feel pain there evidence to support this everywhere Joey. There’s just 0 evidence they feel pain the same way as humans but that’s the same case with dogs, cats etc yet there are afforded ‘humans’ rights. Fish should not be excluded
You need to feed it live food. The fluids and blood in live food is much more healthy than pellets and frozen dried foods that remove all the nutrients.
Cool it’s so Big
What HAPPEND TO THE PECOCK BASS
Due to fat being the physical cause of the dropped eye the most reasonable cause would be diet. maybe over feeding or fatty foods?
Don’t do the surgery it doesn’t matter that fish is beautiful anyway
Look at frank in the other room
Just my $.02 – I wouldn't do a potentially painful surgical procedure on an animal who didn't need it for health and or survival.
