  1. Your vids are great and so educational! I have a unique use case I was hoping you could provide some input on. I want to make a waterfall feature in a vivarium that houses a tropical arboreal snake. I was thinking I would have an area that ponds to tackle humidity and be a source of drinking water, maybe put a few small fish in at some point. I want the system to be a closed one but my concern is filtration to ensure the water is potable for the snake. What type of filtration would you recommend between the pond and waterfall pump?

  2. I have 2 normal filters running on a 10 gallon tank with 2 gold fish in it… is that ok? I also made this thingy to slow down the flow of the water coming out the filter since it makes the current super strong in i ok?

  3. so i have a 80 and i'm looking at the top fin cf100 which is rated 60-100 gallon (150-270gph). Do you think this is good or should i go with something like an eheim ultra g160?

  4. I’m trying to properly get the nitrogen cycle happening for my two tanks which are over two months old. Each have a fx6 and eheim 2217 cannister on it as a backup but I’ve still got no AMONIA reading. Adding a lot of seachem stability. Interesting learning curve.

  5. he's right stop tossing your fish food inside the tank and leaving because most of that remaining fish food will float to the bottom. The way i feed my fish is one piece at a time, one fish pebble at a time If my fish cannot wait patiently he do not eat (kidding) he detroys that food but getting picky now.
