We are here to push the movement of aquaponics in a forward direction. Our primary focus is help you in your adventure with aquaponics by providing you with the highest level of information. Aquaponics is still in its infancy and we predict that it will be the go to method of farming by many families and urban farmers. Our job is to ensure that they are taught correctly.

  1. this video does not answer the question, the answer is yes if you have to many plants for the amount of nutrients the fish give of your plants won't grow that well

  2. @The school of acuaponics
How long can all the bacteria in an established Bio filter survive after the food and/or oxygen supply has been interrupted?
    Thank you

  3. Interesting question just to satisfy my scientific curiosity. What happens to dead bacterium in a system? Do they produce any noticeable ammonia/ammonium or other nutrients in a system that can be used by plants?

  4. Can I have pink salmon on my aquaponics in an area of 500 sqm? Can you give me some sample computation?Assumed that I have enough money and time to buy equipments (refrigeration, etc etc..)
