Love your videos man. I am 2 weeks into cycling a system with a 300g fish tank and around 150g of raft/growbeds. I am doing a fishless cycle but I have it planted. Could I add a little comfrey tea to my system to provide nutrients that my plants may need soon??
Another reason for split flow is to save money because you have a single pump. Less up front cost and energy cost.

Great advice, just wondering what food you feed your fish? I'm currently using purina aquamax 300, just wondering if theres something better out there to feed my tilapia.
