I'am planing to 2000m2 greenhouse and 1500m2 DWC with Tilapia. Mostly lettuce. I need 48kg fish food for day ? This is correct ?

Thanks aquaponics God. I've got a little system running of just under 1000lt waiting on my 1000lt tots to arive rain held them up again today. Going to add one to my little system as a sump grow out pond. Then build a full big system with the 15 other 1000lt tots. I downloaded you're free advice. Thanks again. Ps my water has no ammonia nitrates or nitrite. It's been running a little over a month 35 goldfish and half planted with young plants and seedlings. At first everything was high now even with heavy feeding I'm not getting eny ammonia nitrates or nitrite. The plants look hungry. PH 8. Should I bring the pH down it comes out of the tap at 8.5.hard.

But a quick question, what if I am having Koi fish, just a small scale backyard project, with the size of planting area of 8×20, using DWC system, and we will be having a solid media bed as filtering system.
Would the calculation be different? When we are not removing/selling the fish?

Now I am really confused. Where can I find these formulas that you are referring to. I have been trying for 4 years now and still can’t figure aquaponics out. My fish are living and I can grow plants but they produce very little.
